Incomplete applications are automatically denied. A new application may be submitted along with a new application fee.
Applications are approved on a first come first serve basis.
We will approve applications as long as funding lets us. With that being said there is no guarantee your application will be approved.
If approved your child must be willing to take a picture to use for DBKF website & social media.
